FIRST-TIME RESOLUTION Checklist

Our FIRST-TIME RESOLUTION Checklist is an automated quality assurance program that utilizes iPads or iPods to perform field audits and upload data. It also includes a secure quality website to manage complaints, update requests, and technician notifications of arrivals/completions.

How does it work?

Upon acceptance of your work order, you will receive a WELCOME email from SPELTAV with an explanation of your detailed work order. Approximately 30 minutes prior to the arrival of your technician(s), you will receive both an email and text notification of the pending appointed arrival time. Once you’ve met with your technician, he/she will review the FIRST-TIME RESOLUTION Checklist with your appointed representative for accuracy and understanding the FULL scope of work needed/required from the client. Lastly, upon completion of the work order, the technician will once again use their iPad/tablet/cell phone to review the SPELTAV FIRST-TIME RESOLUTION Checklist for delivered satisfaction.

This technology aids our company in allowing the company to grade our services by completing an EXIT survey and leaving online comments for other potential clients to review.

A green cleaning program requires that the service provider consider the cleaning solutions, products and equipment utilized in the cleaning process including: paper products, vacuum cleaners, floor machines, carpet extractors, entry way mats, etc. as well as how these products are properly used.
